Titan Verdict / Terms

Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Titan Verdict public beta and will be reviewed as the service develops.

Two Titan Verdict mascots negotiating and signing an enormous contract.
01

Beta service

Titan Verdict is an experimental public-beta service. Features, scoring methods, availability and supported list formats may change or be withdrawn without notice.

02

Permitted use

You may use Titan Verdict for lawful personal and hobby analysis. You must not use the service to infringe intellectual-property rights, submit unlawful material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or place unreasonable load on its infrastructure. Do not submit scans, photographs, OCR output, copied rules text, reconstructed datasheets or unauthorised rules databases.

03

Your list content

You remain responsible for the list text you enter. By submitting it, you confirm that you created it, obtained it from an authorised source or otherwise hold the rights and permissions needed for Titan Verdict to process it for the comparison you requested. Entering a list does not transfer ownership of your original content to Titan Verdict.

04

Third-party game material

Buying or lawfully accessing a rulebook, codex, datasheet or event pack does not by itself grant permission to reproduce or upload protected text. Use official publications and authorised services, submit only your own roster or export or material you are permitted to process, and do not paste complete rulebooks, codices, datasheets, event packs or unauthorised rules databases. Do not scrape authorised applications or bypass access controls. Titan Verdict does not grant permission to copy, distribute or commercialise third-party content.

05

Titan's source-material boundary

Each supported game is subject to Titan's source register and governance approval. Lawful access alone does not create a right to reproduce or commercially reuse source material. Titan does not scan or OCR official publications, upload them to an AI provider, use them to train or evaluate an AI model, store complete verbatim abilities, reconstruct full datasheets or build a searchable copy of the rules. A game may be paused or withdrawn while source-route verification or rights review is incomplete.

06

How analysis is produced

TVMaximus recognises supported unit identifiers, aggregates Board Control, Durability, Ranged Threat, Melee Pressure, Mobility and Utility using recognised submitted points, and applies the selected mission weighting. Unrecognised identifiers are disclosed and excluded, and a verdict is withheld when list recognition is too incomplete to support a meaningful result. No battle simulation happens, no dice are rolled, and no AI process or interpretation is used to discern any comparison, calculation, score or verdict. This deterministic process makes no model call, uses no AI SDK and sends no scoring calculation to a third-party model API. The result is a planning aid, not an official rules source or tournament ruling.

07

No warranty

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. No promise is made that a score, verdict, detected role, points total, list format or strategic suggestion is complete, current or error-free.

08

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Titan Verdict is not responsible for tournament results, purchasing decisions, lost data or indirect losses arising from reliance on beta analysis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

09

Accounts and proposed subscriptions

Optional accounts may be created to reserve early access and prepare for roster-library and subscription features. Paid billing is not active. Prices, comparison allowances and Founder Lock-in terms shown on the plans page are pre-launch proposals and do not create a purchase or payment obligation.

10

Future commercial terms

Separate subscription, allowance, fair-use, cancellation, refund, renewal and billing terms will be published before any paid plan becomes available. No card payment is taken when a user records interest in the Founder Lock-in. The proposed €29 annual founder price is personal, non-transferable and retained only while that subscription remains continuously active.

11

Rights notices and legal contact

Rights holders may report material that they believe should be reviewed or removed. Include the work or right concerned, the relevant Titan Verdict location, your contact details and the basis of the request. Send notices and questions about these terms to legal@titanverdict.com.
