Titan Verdict / Disclaimer

Disclaimer

Titan Verdict is an independent, unofficial analysis tool for tabletop army lists.

Two Titan Verdict mascots acting as serious lawyers in a futuristic courtroom.
01

No affiliation or endorsement

Titan Verdict is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by or endorsed by any tabletop-game publisher, miniature manufacturer, tournament organiser or army-building application.

02

Third-party names and trademarks

Game titles, faction names, unit names, product names and other trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Titan displays a limited number of system names in its interface and may use roster identifiers solely for compatibility matching. User-supplied identifiers and Titan's interface labels do not imply affiliation, endorsement or ownership. Titan does not reproduce official rules text or claim third-party intellectual property.

03

Private professional reference

Titan analysts may study lawfully purchased or otherwise lawfully accessed official publications as private professional reference material. Titan then records its own derived role assessments and six-dimension judgements. Purchasing a publication does not transfer its intellectual-property rights to Titan, so source pages and official wording are not copied into the service or supplied to customers.

04

No official rules or statistics repository

Titan Verdict does not publish, reproduce or replace official rulebooks, codices, datasheets, points documents or tournament packs. It does not display reconstructed datasheets, provide complete unit and weapon profiles, or use official artwork, icons or publication layouts. Users must obtain and check current rules through the relevant publisher and event organiser.

05

No official material supplied to AI

Titan Verdict does not scan or OCR official publications, upload codex pages or rules text to an AI provider, or use that material to train or evaluate an AI model. It does not store complete verbatim abilities, construct a searchable rules copy or use close paraphrase to reconstruct protected wording.

06

How the TVMaximus Engine reasons

The TVMaximus Engine extracts declared units and points from player-supplied list text, applies Titan Verdict's independently authored role assessments and calculates Board Control, Durability, Ranged Threat, Melee Pressure, Mobility and Utility. The selected mission weights those six metrics to produce the two overall scores and structural verdict. It does not consult or reproduce a complete official rules database.

07

Analysis limitations

Scores and verdicts are structural estimates derived only from reliably recognised units, their six structural values, recognised submitted points and mission weighting. Unknown units contribute zero and may cause a warning or withheld verdict. No battle simulation happens, no dice are rolled, and no AI process or interpretation is used to discern any comparison, calculation, score or verdict. The calculator does not simulate weapon attacks, terrain, faction rules, balance updates, player skill or the full state of a tabletop battle.

08

How TVMaximus evolves

Optional player feedback helps Titan Verdict identify parser failures, review role detection and test future metric weightings. Any resulting change is reviewed before it is released into the TVMaximus Engine. Feedback does not automatically retrain the engine and no guidance is presented as an official rule, tournament ruling or guaranteed outcome.

09

No competitive guarantee

A favourable result does not guarantee that an army is legal, competitive or capable of defeating another army. Titan Verdict is a planning aid, not an official list validator or substitute for personal judgement.
