Army lists
Only when you select Compare is roster text sent to Titan Verdict's server-side comparison service. It is held in runtime memory for validation, classification and aggregate scoring, then discarded when the response is returned. Titan does not write roster text to its application database or analytics, attach it to feedback, include it in application logs, traces or error messages, or send it to an AI provider. The public response contains aggregate metrics, scores, role totals, coverage, warnings and unknown identifiers only.
Official publications and AI
Titan Verdict does not scan or OCR codices, upload official pages or rules text to an AI provider, or use official publications to train or evaluate an AI model. Titan's internal consultancy reference process is human-led and records original derived role assessments rather than source pages, verbatim abilities or reconstructed datasheets.
Data stored on your device
Your two most recent list entries, selected mission, selected game system and language preference are saved in your browser's local storage so they remain available when you return on the same device. You can replace or clear this information through the list controls or your browser settings.
Accounts and subscriptions
Titan Verdict supports optional sign-in by passwordless email link, email and password, Google and X. Account identity is processed by our specialist authentication provider. Paid billing is not active.
Card details will remain with the specialist payment provider when billing is introduced. Titan Verdict will not store card numbers or security codes.
Optional product updates
If you explicitly subscribe for product updates, Titan Verdict stores your email address, selected language, subscription status, consent version and subscription timestamps. This list is used only for major launches, genuinely useful beta news and important service changes. It is not combined with necessary account, password-reset, security or billing messages.
Product updates are optional and will include a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell the subscriber list or use it for unrelated advertising.
Email correspondence and optional feedback
If you contact Titan Verdict by email, your address and message will be used to respond to your enquiry and retained only as reasonably necessary for support, legal or security purposes. If you choose to email product feedback, its rating, issue category and comments may also be reviewed to improve parser rules, role detection and future TVMaximus Engine metric weightings. Feedback is not used for automated individual profiling.
Hosting and abuse prevention
The hosting and security platform may process routine technical metadata needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and generic error records. Titan's comparison worker does not emit request bodies to application logs, tracing or error monitoring. To resist automated catalogue enumeration, Titan converts the connecting address into short-lived one-way rate-limit bucket tokens. The application database does not store the raw address; bucket tokens expire automatically within two hours.
Anonymous product analytics
Titan Verdict records a small set of first-party events to understand whether the public beta works. These include a homepage view, the selected game system or mission, whether a comparison completed with parser warnings, the rating and category chosen when preparing feedback, and a generic classification when the page encounters a technical error.
The analytics database does not receive army-list text, army names, feedback comments, email addresses, IP addresses, browser identifiers or a persistent user or session identifier. Event records contain only an approved event type, an optional approved category, the selected game system and a timestamp. They are used for aggregate product improvement and error monitoring, not advertising or behavioural profiling.
Retention
Aggregate beta analytics are retained only while they are useful for evaluating and improving the public beta, and are reviewed for deletion periodically. Product-update subscriber records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to any minimal suppression record needed to respect that request.
Your choices
You may use the comparator without an account during the public beta and remove locally saved information through your browser's site-data controls. To unsubscribe from product updates or request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, email privacy@titanverdict.com.
